RETURNS POLICY

At Narva, we uphold the highest standards in the manufacturing and distribution of our products. Each batch of Narva Sleep Gummies is meticulously tested to ensure you always receive the best quality. Our commitment to excellence has made Narva a trusted brand among our consumers.

However, if you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please review the following guidelines:

General Return Policy

Narva does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise or any products purchased directly from Narva through our Site, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

Return Period:

The product must be reported to Narva via email only at support@narvahealth.com within 2 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Only products deemed eligible for return will be accepted. Only damaged products that affect the product inside will be considered; outer box damage will not be taken into account. The final decision to accept a return rests solely with the company.

Unpackaging Video:

You must provide a full and continuous unpackaging video, clearly showing the condition of the Narva Sleep Gummies upon receipt.
Without an unpackaging video, no returns will be entertained.

Order ID Number:

You must provide your Purchase Order ID number received at the time of placing your order through the Site.

Damaged Products:

Only products that are damaged and cause tampering to the gummies or the container inside will be accepted for return.
Damage to the external packaging (box) alone will not be considered valid grounds for return. Narva will assess the product to determine eligibility.


Return Authorization Process

Submitting a Query:

Submit your return request within 2 days of delivery to  support@narvahealth.com, along with all supporting evidence (unpackaging video, order ID, etc.).
No other communication channels will be entertained for return queries.

Company Assessment:

After careful analysis, Narva will take the final call on whether to accept the return. This decision is entirely at the company’s discretion.

Return Authorization Number:

Once your product is approved for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number along with instructions to complete the return process.


Refund Process

  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow 14–21 business days after the returned product has been received by us to complete the refund process.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 0–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipments may occasionally be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Narva is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are retained before filing a claim.
